Why We Started

Mindshore was built for people who are tired of feeling misunderstood — by others and by themselves.

We started Mindshore because we kept seeing the same pattern in the people around us. Smart, capable, well meaning people who kept struggling in their relationships. Not because they didn't care enough — but because nobody had ever taught them how to actually understand their own emotions, let alone someone else's. Arguments that went in circles. Connections that slowly faded. The constant feeling of being reactive instead of in control.

We knew there had to be a better way.

That search led us to Emotional Intelligence by Mindfulminds Co. A book that doesn't just talk about feelings in vague motivational terms — but actually breaks down the science and skills behind self awareness, empathy and meaningful communication in a way that anyone can understand and immediately apply.

At Mindshore we believe that emotional intelligence is the most important skill a person can develop. It shapes every relationship you have — with your partner, your family, your colleagues and most importantly yourself. Everything we share is chosen with one goal in mind — to help you understand yourself more deeply and connect with others more meaningfully.

Because the most powerful thing you can do for your relationships is to first understand what is happening inside you.
